- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
- Photos taken during aquatic activities and/or experiences have an additional cost.
- Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time, so that you can board smoothly.
- The dock fee is $15 USD per adult and child and must be paid during registration or check-in.
- All passengers pay for transportation, and children pay for transportation from 4 years of age.
- All services require prior reservation.
- Ground transportation is only for the hotel zone of Cancun and Riviera Maya. You must indicate the hotel, lobby, and room number in the comments box in step 1 of your purchase process. Valid booking 48 hrs in advance.
- If due to weather issues, the Harbor Master should cancel any activity, and in the event that guests cannot reschedule, a proportional refund will be made for the activity not carried out.
- For safety reasons, only children over 8 years old can snorkel
