- Guests over 60 years of age are welcome on board; however, for their safety, they will not be allowed to participate in the snorkeling activity.
- The age allowed for snorkel activity is 10 years old or older
- Children aged 10 and under are allowed to participate in the snorkel activity when accompanied by an adult.
- It is recommended to arrive at the Playa Langosta dock 40 minutes before departure time
- A $300 MXN dock fee applies to all guests ages 6 and up, payable at check-in. Payments in USD are converted at the daily exchange rate displayed on site.
- Suppose you have a recent surgery or suffer from a condition that limits you physically (for example, back problems). In that case, you must mention it to our reservations department before purchasing

Cancellation Policy
