1. Where is Marina Aquatours located?

   Location Address: Marina Aquatours, our meeting and departure point, is located at Boulevard Kukulcán Km 6.5, Hotel Zone in Cancun.

2. At what time do I have to be in the Marina for my tour?

   It is important to check in 30 minutes prior to the departure time of your tour.

3. About refunds.

   No refunds will apply for cancellations made less than 4 days prior to your scheduled program. If any refund applies, it will be subject to 10% bank administration fee.

4. What do I have to bring with me?

   Please be sure to bring cash or credit card for any incidental or extra expenses. Also bring along towels and extra change of clothes. Showers and restrooms are available in the location.

   Bring your camera and comfortable shoes.

5. What kind of sun protection do I have to use?

   You must know that, due to our commitment with the ecosystem, regular non-biodegradable sunscreen lotion is not allowed. A t-shirt is another option to protect your skin and biodegradable lotions are available for purchase at our boutiques.

6. Is there photo or video available?

   Our professional photo staff is on hand to take fabulous videos and photos of your experience, giving you a wonderful way to cherish for a lifetime! They are available for purchase only on the day of the program; no copies are kept or saved.

7. Do schedules vary?

   Rates & schedules may vary according on the selected date.

8. What if I have a physical limitation?

   If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking.

9. Can pregnant women participate in your tours?

   For their safety, pregnant women are unable to participate in any of our water programs.
